General |
| Porcus is a 62’ traditional project narrow boat offered with residential moorings at Milton Keynes Marina (subject to contract). She is very spacious and partially fitted out in a modern style. A Stenson Boatbuilders (Derby) hull built in 2003, she was commissioned in 2007 and has been fitted out by her current owner since 2009 to a high standard. The engine is a Barrus Shire 4 cylinder diesel with a PRM hydraulic gearbox. She has a new BSS certificate is valid until January 2016. |

| The central heating is supplied by an Mikuni Hydronic diesel boiler which provides hot water and space heating. Hot water is also provided by a twin coil calorifier fitted to engine and immersion heater. Also, space heating via Stovax multifuel burner in lounge. Stainless steel water tank – 818 litres. |
