General
Albert The Great is a delightful 31’ cruiser stern narrowboat built by David Piper Boats in 1981.  She comes with rear canopy (new in 2012), giving a large outside usable space, and all associated boat equipment making her ready-to-go.  She is fitted with an economical BMC 1500 diesel engine with calorifier for hot water and heating. She was refitted in 2010 with a shower room, foldout double bed/lounge diner, and full kitchen with Morco instantaneous gas water heater.  BSS certificate to August 2017.  Survey available from 2010 – showing she was overplated to a high standard in 2006, and professionally repainted.  She is sold with moorings available (subject to contract) at Milton Keynes Marina.
