General
Pub Crawler  is a 57’ traditional stern narrow boat built by Conmac Marine in 1987, great live aboard boat, and offered with secure moorings at Milton Keynes Marina (subject to contract).  She is fitted with white painted tongue and groove throughout and has a large open plan living area and kitchen. The engine is a Lister/Petter PJW2 diesel. The accommodation consists of a fixed double in large bedroom, and sofa bed in the lounge; pump-out toilet walk-in shower; fully fitted kitchen with Valor built in hob and oven, Paloma water heater & calorifer with immersion; central heating via Morse Squirrel solid fuel stove with back boiler and 2 radiators; 2 domestic and 1 starter battery with a 2KW inventor.  She is in good working order with a BSS Certificate valid to January 2017.  There is also a survey report from October 2010.

Interior Description
Tongue and groove wood panelling – over painted white – throughout. Large and open plan living, kitchen, bedroom and shower room areas. Solid wood flooring, brass fittings, curtains to hopper style windows.
Kitchen specification:	Paloma instantaneous gas water heater, Valor oven grill and 4 burner hob, space for fridge, full size sink with mixer tap, plenty of cupboard space and drawers, 240 volt power point and 2 large window and radiator.
Bathroom specification:	Open plan shower room area with wash hand basin in vanity unit, walk in shower, and Sealand flush toilet towards stern.
Lounge specification:	The lounge is open for free standing furniture and includes a Morso squirrel multi-fuel stove with back boiler, TV point and cupboard, four larger windows, making this a very light and airy space. Lead light doors to cruiser stern – gas locker, and integrated water tank under well deck floor.
Bedroom specification:	Fixed double bed in cabin at mid-ship. Radiator, porthole, and large hopper style window.

Gas Paloma water heater, calorifer and mains power immersion heater for hot water. Morso Squirrel stove with backboiler heating two large pumped radiators.

12 volt system with 2 110ah batteries and 1 starter battery fitted. 2KW inverter, 70 amp alternator fitted to engine. Shoreline for 240 volt system.
