Interior Description
Varnished ash ply lining with white painted tongue and groove panelling to ceiling, brass fitting and larger hopper style windows and porthole windows, carpet to floor, and curtains plus blinds to windows.
Kitchen specification:	Sink with drainer, Rinnai instantaneous water heater newly, gas hob and oven, Shoreline fridge, washing machine, shelving and plenty of cupboard space. Tiling to wall, large window with blind and side hatch.
Bathroom specification:	The bathroom includes a vanity unit with mirror, heated towel rail, and shower above hip bath. Porta Potti toilet and hopper style window with curtains.
