Interior Description
Woodpecker is a 62’ cruiser stern narrow boat that has been newly fitted out and is offered with moorings at Milton Keynes Marina (subject to contract). She is very robust, being a ex-hire boat (Black Prince) with lots of space making her an ideal live aboard boat. Built in 2001, she has been professionally refitted with utility area, bathroom with shower above hip bath and pump-out toilet, large bedroom, kitchen and saloon with multi-fuel burner. The windows were replaced in 2015 (with double glazed units). The cabin is lined with varnished plywood with hardwood trim. White painted ceiling laminated wood effect flooring, and tile effect vinyl flooring, brass fittings, lots of storage places, curtains and blinds to windows. The engine is an Beta Marine 38 with a Newage 150prm gearbox. The boat had a hull survey March 2013 when she was blacked and new anodes fitted. The BSS certificate is valid until October 2015 – a new BSS will be issued on sale.
Kitchen specification:	Vanette gas oven with 4 burner hob, microwave, Bosh washing machine, stainless steel sink and drainer with mixer tap, plenty of cupboard space. Utility Room: Towards the stern a utility area with worktop space, cupboards, drawers, airing cupboard space and Creda panal thermostatic heater.
Bathroom specification:	Towards stern, bathroom with hip bath and shower, mirror, Tecma pump-out toilet, vanity unit, blind to window, and Creda panal thermostatic heater. This is something really special!!
Lounge specification:	The lounge is open for free standing furniture and includes a bed settee, Olymberyl multifuel stove with Ecofan, new wood effect laminated floor. Two larger windows with curtains and glazed doors to bow making this a very light and airy space.
Bedroom specification:	Fixed double bed in large centre cabin with, reading lights tall chest of drawers. Three windows with curtains.
Hot Water & Heating Systems
The heating is supplied by Creda panal thermostatic heaters and Olymberyl multi-fuel burner. Hot water is provided by calorifer with fitted immersion heater. Eberspacher water heater fitted – this is not in use. 600 litres water tank.
Electrical System & Components
12 volt system with 3 110ah batteries and 1 starter battery fitted. CTEK M200 15A Marine battery charger, 1500w inverter fitted. 70 amp alternator fitted to engine. Landline and 230 volt system with sockets throughout the boat.
