| Scotch & Clip is a beautiful family boat suitable for extensive cursing or living aboard. She has a very neat fit-out by Northwich Boat Company with tongue and grove cream ceiling, solid wood floor, and varnished panels. She has a fixed double bed, bathroom with walk in shower and pump-out toilet, Mikuni diesel central heating boiler with 3 radiators and solid fuel stove in saloon. The kitchen is fitted with cream cupboards and specked black roll top worktop and features side opening hatch. She was built by Chalmers, Picking & Lowe in 2005 and fitted with a Beta Marine 38 HP diesel engine with 2 alternators fitted (90amp & 70 amp), twin coil calorifer, and 3000W Power Master inverter (1 starter and 5 leisure batteries). She is in excellent condition throughout. BSS certificate to March 2015. She is sold with moorings available (subject to contract) at Milton Keynes Marina. |
