The information provided on this page is intended to help everyone enjoy and relax during their time with us, not burdened by rules and regulations. However it is important that it is clear to everyone what is and isn't permitted on site to avoid any confusion or conflict. It is also vital that you, as the customer, understand your rights and responsibilities and, at the same time, Milton Keynes Marina Ltd’s rights and responsibilities as the marina operator. From applying for a mooring to selling your boat and much more, these terms and conditions and accompanying forms should tell you everything you need to know. Take the time to read them and understand them. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Mooring Fees

We offer a number of different contracts for moorings, the costs are summarised in the attachment below.

MK AFloat

We offer Self Steer Day Boat Hire with Mary Jane.  The terms and conditions of hire can be found in the attachment below.

Electricity Charges

Mains electric shore-power is available to boats properly equipped for shore supply. Electric is available by pre-paid meter cards (available from the Marina office).  Metered charge per Kwh unit is based on supply cost. Charges for metered units include standing charges, monthly demand charge, capacity charge, climate change levy, repair and renewal costs, NICEIC certification costs, maintenance costs, and administration costs. The current price per Kwh unit is displayed on each meter via the blue display information button, this charge may alter without notice if supply costs alter.

Important notice: Electric supply continuity cannot be guaranteed. Mains electricity is only available to boats with a properly equipped and protected ring-main installation. Electricity is supplied in accordance with OFGEM regulations.

Car Parking

We have a limited number of secure car parking spaces which are let on a contract basis. The links below provide for the Terms & Conditions and an Application Form for contract parking.
