General
NB Pageant (renamed from Pajant) is a 51’ traditional narrowboat offered with secure moorings at Milton Keynes Marina. She is a charming, light and spacious boat with a very homely feeling about her and requires some fitting out work in the cabin. She has a boating cabin, fixed double bed, bathroom with shower above hip bath and pump-out toilet (100 gal tank), full kitchen with new Rinnai instantaneous water heater fitted in 2013 (130 gal water tank) and Shoreline fridge, saloon with Squirrel multi-fuel burner with back boiler fitted with radiator in the bedroom, tongue and groove panelling to walls and ceiling (polystyrene insulation), and glazed doors to bow. Built in 1993 by Shotbolt Engineering and fitted out by Nene Marine, she has a Beta Marine 38 (BV1505) diesel engine (35 gal tank) with twin alternators fitted and Hurth gearbox. 24/12 volt (1 starter battery & 4 domestic batteries) and 240 volt mains circuit (RCD installed) with galavanic isolator and Sterling Pro Charge fitted. She was professionally repainted in 2007, and had new stern gear fitted in 2006. BSC Certificate valid to Oct 2015, survey carried out 2011 (and 2006) with all work signed off as being completed.

Interior Description
Needs some finishing work, stained pine tongue and groove panelling to upper walls and ceiling, brass fitting and larger hopper style windows.
Kitchen specification:	Sink with drainer, Rinnai instantaneous water heater newly fitted in 2013, Vanette gas hob and oven, Shoreline fridge, shelving and plenty of cupboard space, drawers.
Bathroom specification:	The bathroom includes a sink, shower/bath and pump-out toilet.
Lounge specification:	The saloon is designed for free standing furniture and has a TV cabinet, Squirrel multi-fuel burner with back boiler, coal bunker, 4 large window with blinds and net curtains. Double gazed doors to bow.
Bedroom specification:	The bedroom area includes a double bed, storage underneath.
Hot Water & Heating Systems
The heating is via a Squirrel multi-fuel burner with back boiler in the lounge. Radiator in the bedroom. Hot water is provided by a new Rinnai instantaneous water heater.
Electrical System & Components
24/12 volt (1 starter battery & 4 domestic batteries) and 240 volt mains circuit (RCD installed - shoreline cable) with galavanic isolator and Sterling Pro Charge fitted. Brass plated sockets and lighting throughout.
