General
This is a Lovely Cruiser stern narrow boat that has had a self fit out. On entering at the rear of the boat you come straight into the walk through fully kitted out kitchen, through to a spacious living area. Then you have a good size bathroom with the bedroom at the front of the boat. It is very light throughout and is suitable for liveaboards.

Interior Description
Kitchen specification:	The Kitchen is situated at the rear of the boat as you go in and is a walk through kitchen. It is made up from Ikea units and worktops, with a range style cooker which has 5 gas rings, 2 ovens,1 grill and a plate warming draw. There is a 4' electric fridge, under counter freezer, a full size dishwasher and a washing machine.
Bathroom specification:	Large walk through bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. as well as fittings for a heated towel rail.
Lounge specification:	Large open plan living area with a Morso Squirrel Multi fuel stove in the corner.
Bedroom specification:	Bedroom is at the front of the boat with a fixed double bed and storage.
Hot Water & Heating Systems
3way water calorifier heated via engine, immersion and gas. the water has a large water tank at the front. Radiators throughout the boat as well as heated towel rail which needs re connecting. Heating from morso squirrel multi fuel stove.
Electrical System & Components
this boat has a Victron 3000 invertor with internal battery charger newly fitted in October 2020. 7 batteries in total, 1 x starter battery, 2 x 12v & 4 x 12V leisure batteries.
