70' " Monarch " Collingwood widebeam. Custom designed Collingwood cruiser with large covered stern, stairs down to small hall and toilet, Kitchen (with installed washing machine), lounge with oil burner, satellite. Door to 2 single bedrooms each with built in desk space (one bedroom has space for additional freestanding furniture), bathroom with second toilet and shower above bath, and double bedroom with double glazed doors to bow. Designed and built to a very high standard, and fully kitted out. Full drawings available.

Bathroom specification:	Bathroom situated next to the main bedroom, full size bath with over head shower, thetford cassette toilet, and hand basin with cupboard. Small toilet room at rear of the boat with Cassette toilet.
Lounge specification:	Open plan living area, with 3 seater sofa, foot stall, TV in built in storage unit. Diesel Bubble stove situated in the corner of the room, side hatch at the side.

Stainless steel fresh water tank 475 litres 75 litre calorifier tank Hot water via running the engine, the webasto heater or the immersion heater. Heating via Wabasto central heating boiler with domestic style radiators and towel rails throughout the boat. Diesel Bubble stove fitted in living room.
